I swear this is a true story: Opposing counsel, who was looking for me, but who had never met me, walked up to another lawyer sitting in the courtroom near me and asked if he was Christian. I kid you not, the lawyer was wearing a Yamaka! I had to bite my lip to keep from LOL! The Jewish lawyer and I had a good chuckle about it once the other lawyer was gone. (Not at the expense of opposing counsel, but at the irony. )
