For purpose of charges filed with Equal Employment Opportunity Commission alleging employment discrimination because of religion, plaintiff's "personal religious creed" that certain brand of cat food was contributing significantly to his state of well-being and therefore to his overall work performance by increasing his energy constituted a mere personal preference and was beyond parameters of concept of "religion" as protected by Constitution or by Civil Rights Act of 1964.
