What? You missed the Annual Crab Smackdown? That is a decision you will regret the rest of your life. 'So sad", people will say. "His/her life could have been so much more fulfilling", they will say. That said, what a grand Smackdown we had this year! It was so incredible seeing everyone there and I can say without hesitation, what a crab-a-licious time I had because of the wonderful people who surrounded me.

Gather 'round the campfire kids. There was a day when American citizens had more rights than corporations. So, corporations sought to be citizens. Now, corporations have more rights than citizens. So, citizens should seek to be corporations. Professor Miriam Cherry, am I making you proud?

Further proof that "cat people" are weird. For purpose of charges filed with Equal Employment Opportunity Commission alleging employment discrimination because of religion, plaintiff's "personal religious creed" that certain brand of cat food was contributing significantly to his state of well-being and therefore to his overall work performance by increasing his energy constituted a mere personal preference and was beyond parameters of concept of "religion" as protected by Constitution or by Civil Rights Act of 1964. Brown v. Pena, 441 F. Supp. 1382 (S.D. Fla. 1977)

I can't imagine not disclosing this to the judge... that is some crazy, bold move! Plaintiff's counsel's failure to disclose his marriage to plaintiff's expert witness did not constitute grounds for new trial; only possible use of evidence was for impeachment purposes, and there is apparently no obligation for attorney to disclose information which can solely be used for impeachment purposes. May v. Strecker, 453 N.W.2d 549 (Minn. Ct. App. 1990)
